Services
The Proactive Support Program (PSP) includes a
scheduled monthly visit to ensure small items are attended to, and that
familiarity with people, processes, and systems are maintained. The
cost of the standard Proactive Support Program is $600/month.
Additional time is billed as needed at a discounted rate of $110/hr.
For companies outside the immediate Twin Cities area we negotiate a
fair price structure to accommodate travel. Almost all our support can
be provided remotely, so on site visits can be minimized.
We also provide services as needed, without a Proactive Support
relationship, and bill at $140/hr with a 2 hour minimum for onsite
work, and bill in 15-minute increments. There is a 15-minute minimum
for remote/phone support, and time is tracked in 15-minute increments.
For new customers with fewer than 25 PCs, we offer a Network Assessment
for $995. Our Network Assessment includes a detailed audit of existing
PCs, servers, as well as recommendations based on our findings. We also
create a Visio diagram of the overall LAN/WAN environment. For larger
environments, we will provide a Network Assessment at a fixed price
dependent on the size and complexity of the environment.
