Our focus is small business - 5-75 desktops, at least one server, broadband
Internet, static IP(s), routed environment with firewall, anti virus, SPAM filtering, tape backup, remote
access, etc. Some customers have existing IT staff. In those situations we provide businesses
consulting, backup support, ongoing proactive audits, network updates, and project implementation.
Many of our customers have no internal IT staff. We provide total outsourced IT support on a flexible
part-time basis for those clients.
We believe in a proactive approach and offer a primary service we call the Proactive Support Program
(PSP). Our Proactive Support Program includes 7x24 remote monitoring of server and Internet availability,
as well as remote/phone support. We utilize state-of-the-art tools to provide remote support to the server
and desktop of our customers.
